Our Client is looking for a Banking Premises/Facilities Manager to join their small team on a permanent basis. This position is full time in office, 5 days per week.
The successful candidate will lead the Property Services team and manage and deliver property and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
To deliver the Scope of Service and ensure it is regularly reviewed, managed, maintained and delivered.
To build a suitable annual budget and manage this budget, income and expenditure control, working closely with the Finance Department to ensure accruals, variance, and expenditure reporting and management information is provided.
To ensure business continuity and disaster recovery is addressed, administered and delivered in line with business requirement and to include plans for incident management, relocation and salvage operations in the event of a disaster.
To build and maintain the good documentation for property infrastructure and maintenance according to regulatory requirement.
Ensure all aspects of a first class front of house service to the business, guests and visitors are delivered.
Ensure the review, management and delivery of mail management services, including couriers, cost analysis and management information.
Review, manage and deliver a travel management service to the business via a third party service provider.
Manage and deliver all aspects of managing the building including maintenance, cleaning, security, space management and churn
Review, manage and deliver all aspects of Health and Safety in line with the HSE guidelines
Manage a progressive and collaborative delivery of service and relationship and contract management with third party services providers
Property Management including manage assets, discharge landlord duties and obligations, monitor smooth running of the building and drive efficiencies in the supply chain.
Managing all lease events.
Marketing of void space as and when it becomes available.
Ensuring adequate insurance at all times.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum Eight years experience in delivering similar property services within banking, financial, law or insurance.
Educated to Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management. Ideally a post degree or equivalent in Property/Facilities management.
Qualified in Health and Safety to IOSH level.
Fluent written and spoken in Mandarin would be desirable.
